Before confirming your stay at Splash Canyon Hotel, we encourage you to review our policies carefully. Taking a moment to read through the details helps ensure a smooth experience, clear expectations, and a visit focused entirely on enjoying your time in Twin Falls.


1. Introduction


Welcome to Splash Canyon Hotel. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we maintain the following policies. By checking in, guests agree to comply with all rules outlined below.


2. Reservation Policies


2.1 Booking Requirements

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

Guests must provide accurate contact information, including name, phone number, and email.


2.2 Rates & Taxes

Room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable local taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on occupancy, seasonality, and promotions.


2.3 Payment Terms

Full Payment is processed at the time of booking.


3. Check-In & Check-Out


3.1 Check-In

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM

Early check-in is based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

A government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking are required.


3.2 Check-Out

Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

Late check-out may be available for a fee, based on availability.

Items left in the room after check-out may be removed by staff.


4. Cancellation & No-Show Policies


Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before check-in

If canceled after that window (or if you don’t show up), the hotel typically charges: One night’s room rate, plus taxes.


5. Guest Conduct


5.1 Respect for Others

Guests must refrain from loud noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that disturb others.

Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM



5.2 Illegal Activity

Any illegal activity on hotel premises is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.


5.3 Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage, lost items, or excessive cleaning required due to misconduct.


6. Occupancy & Visitors


6.1 Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests per room must not exceed the posted limit.

Additional charges may apply for extra occupants.


6.2 Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

6.3 Age Requirement

The minimum age to check in is 18.


7. Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol


7.1 Smoking & Vaping

The hotel is 100% smoke-free, including vaping and e-cigarettes.

A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.


7.2 Alcohol Consumption

Any violation of Idaho alcohol laws may be reported to law enforcement.

Public intoxication or disorderly conduct is not permitted.


8. Pet & Service Animal Policies


8.1 Pets

Pet-friendly rooms require advance notice.

Pets must be supervised at all times and leashed in common areas.

All pet owners are required to immediately clean up after their pets.


9. Housekeeping & Maintenance


9.1 Housekeeping Services

Standard service is provided daily unless otherwise requested.

Guests may opt out of daily cleaning or request fresh linens.


9.2 Do Not Disturb

Rooms with a “Do Not Disturb” sign will not be entered.

For safety, the hotel reserves the right to check rooms after 24 hours of no response.


9.3 Maintenance Issues

Guests should report issues immediately; staff will respond promptly.


10. Facilities & Amenities


10.1 Pool/ Spa/ Waterslides

Hours of operation are posted as follows: Pool & Spa 8:00 am to 11:00 am & 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Waterslides 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Proper attire is required.

Use facilities at your own risk.


10.2 Parking

Courtesy self parking for hotel guests only.

The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles.


10.3 Internet Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for registered guests.


11. Safety & Security


11.1 Emergency Procedures

Emergency evacuation maps are located on the back of each guest room door.

Guests must follow all staff instructions during emergencies.


11.2 Lost & Found

Lost items will be logged and stored for a limited period.

Shipping fees for returned items are the guest’s responsibility.


11.3 Surveillance

Public areas are monitored by security cameras for safety.


12. Privacy Policy


Guest information is protected and used only for hotel operations.

Data will not be shared with unauthorized parties.


13. Liability Disclaimer


Splash Canyon Hotel is not liable for:

Loss of valuables not secured in the in-room safe

Injury due to misuse of facilities

Events beyond the hotel’s control


14. Policy Violations


Violation of any hotel policy may result in:
